Once Bitten… club night @ The Lexington

Thanks for those of you who stuck around for the brilliant opening night of Once Bitten…

If you shake it to the likes Optimo, Mowgli, Moodyman, Lindstrom, Aeroplane, Fela Kuti, A1 Bassline, Robag Wruhme, Innervisions, Luciano, Fakeblood, Batty Bass, 2562, Buzzin’ Fly and a little Shy FX while enjoying a drink or two come get on the good foot and get Bitten.

The Late Greats postpone

Unfortunately, news has just filtered thru to COG Towers that The Late Greats are having to postpone their set as one of them has been struck ill. Fear not though - we’ll have the guys back gracing The COG Stage again asap.

Crystal Antlers @ Once Bitten…

Well…we knew it would be good… but THAT good ?! Crystal Antlers + Three Trapped Tigers + The Inconsolables was always going to produce a night to remember, and we weren’t wrong. Pulled Apart by Horses confirmed for midnight live set

We have been working frantically behind the scenes to confirm this up, and are we glad we have. Now you can not only feast your ears on Kyte, Sam Issac, The Muscle Club & Once a Thief at The COG Stage as part of The Great Escape, stick around until midnight for what will be a pretty amazing performance.  Check the tickets page for details and ticket links.

We told you to be excited… We told you to be free on Sat 11th July… and NOW YOU KNOW WHY. Tickets on sale thru See and Ticketline (dont worry they’re coming on Wegottickets and Ticketweb ASAP), and various outlets around South Cumbria. Its BIG, and its the Cumbrian GIG OF THE SUMMER - THE COG BIG GIG….

Over the coming months, we’ll be interviewing the bands, letting you hear some of the music that will be performed, and much much more…

Free for wristband holders, and £2 (that is NOT a typo) for those who don’t. Plus we have an AMAZING special midnight performance at what will be the best place to kick off your TGE weekend from 11pm.

The COG Stage @ The Great Escape

With the mud still crusty on our COG Stage banner, we’re delighted to say its making its first outing of this year. We’ll be appearing at The Great Escape @ The Pavilion Tavern. The event is free to all TGE wristband holders, and a measly £2 to those who don’t. Line up on the right, and we’re announcing a VERY SPECIAL performance from a VERY SPECIAL band imminently. With Club COG DJ’s spinning tracks till 3am, this will be one hell of a party to kick off TGE.
